Redemption Instructions
Visit store.steampowered.com. Log in to your Steam account or create a new one. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Gift Cards, then select Redeem a Gift Card. Enter your Steam Wallet code to add funds. Click Continue to complete the redemption process. Currency change: If your gift card is in a different currency, Steam will automatically convert the balance, provided the currency is supported in your region. Some currencies may not be accepted in certain regions. Non-refundable & non-exchangeable: Once issued, eGift Cards cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended, or refunded. They are subject to the merchant's terms and conditions. Refund policy: Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable according to the merchant’s refund and exchange policy.
